Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Premium Shipping on all orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat standard shipping fee of ₹75 is applied at checkout.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and carefully packaged within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
We partner with Delhivery for secure, trackable shipments. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your pincode. You will receive a tracking link via email once dispatched.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship by the date specified on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together.
Returns & Refunds
Unboxing Video Required
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged product, customers must record a continuous video while opening the package. The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, and the product from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Damaged Products Only
Refunds or replacements are available only for products that arrive damaged or defective. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or normal wear and tear.
Report Within 48 Hours
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the complete unboxing video as proof.
Refund Process
After reviewing the unboxing video and inspecting the evidence, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after approval.
